• Account information: Your name, email address, and role when you register or are invited to the platform.
• Profile information: Profession, stylist type, location (city/state), salon software, and business financial goals you enter during onboarding.
• Daily business data: Number of clients, service revenue, retail revenue, tips, and notes you log in your dashboard.
• Usage data: Interactions with the app, analytics events, and device/browser information collected automatically.

We use Stripe to process subscription payments. Stripe collects and processes your payment card information directly — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of card data is governed by their Privacy Policy. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers linked to your account.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as your selected theme), record your consent to cookies, and understand how the app is used through analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings and via the consent banner displayed on first visit. Essential cookies required for the app to function cannot be disabled.

We send transactional and account-related emails to registered users, including trial reminders, receipts, and inactive-account reminders. These emails are sent only to registered app users and relate directly to your use of the service.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform: Stripe (payments) and our hosting and analytics providers. Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained to allow reactivation but may be archived. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
