Terms of Service

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using AXCELR8 Growth (“the app”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the app. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information during onboarding and to keep it updated.
• You are solely responsible for the business data you enter (clients, revenue, retail, tips) and for any decisions you make based on the app's projections or insights.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

• The app offers monthly and annual subscription plans, and may offer a free trial. Plan details and pricing are shown in-app before you subscribe.
• Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period.
• Trials convert to a paid subscription only after you explicitly authorize payment. Free or complimentary access granted by an administrator may be modified or revoked at any time.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal or professional business use. The app, its design, content, and underlying software remain our property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app, or remove any proprietary notices.

• You will not use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its data.
• You will not scrape, harvest, or misuse data belonging to other users.
• Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

The app provides tools, estimates, and projections intended for informational and educational purposes only. Tax, savings, income, and growth figures are rough estimates and are not financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on the app's output. The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including any business decisions made based on its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by revising the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make changes that materially affect existing subscribers, we will provide notice in the app or by email where possible.

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile, which anonymizes your personal data while preserving aggregate records. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
